U.S. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Ruby Vibe Co order, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Key Return Terms:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- 1 exchange per original order is allowed.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
- Please send us a short email to sale@rubyvibeco.com
- Include your Order Number, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return, and specify whether you want an exchange, voucher, or refund.
- Wait for our team's response with further instructions to complete your return or exchange process.

Defective or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please use our Returns Portal or contact our support team:
International Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact Ruby Vibe Co support:

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items marked as Final Sale
Gift cards
Items not in their original packaging or used condition
Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customerโs expense.
